Staten Island baby sitter who tortured, murdered 17-month-old boy gets

A Staten Island babysitter who tortured and killed a 17-month-old boy was sentenced to 23 years to life in prison Tuesday.

Gloria Fields, 32, previously pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the death of Anthony Delgado.
