For burping the babies need assistance and they can be done while breast feeding when mother is transferring the baby from one side of the breast to the other side of t h breast the burping can be done and also at the end of the feed. Sometimes it will take 1 or 2 minutes to burp the baby. In positioning which helps the baby. So keep the baby on the shoulder and gently tap around the back of h baby and keep the baby on the chest of the mother an on the leg position and tap on the cake of the baby, the third position is keep the baby on the laps and tap the baby. Some of the babies don’t burp. So it is not of concern. Babies need assistance for burping for 4 to 6 months of age.
