Episode 2 | Your Child is a Mirror

It is flattering and frightening that our children watch us and then copy what we do. It is how they learn to hold a fork, pick up their toys and respond when we are angry. Simply put, they copy us. This video looks at how to be intentional in what we model for our children and how to pick up cues that signal us to change what we are modelling for a better outcome.
